Before entering the insurance industry, Dale built his career on client service. For many years he ran a successful business working directly with city districts to help them achieve their goals, and he also sold software in a competitive market. That foundation in management, sales, and service helped him launch his insurance career and ultimately open his own agency.
One of Dale's proudest accomplishments is earning client service awards nearly every year he has served in the insurance industry.
In his free time, Dale enjoys cheering on Colorado's sports teams and spending time with his family. He looks forward to growing The Weese Insurance Agency into the leading insurance provider in the region.
